2. DIY Sheet Sofa Slipcover
You really don’t have to buy expensive slipcovers from department stores to get that new furniture look. This is a great way to repurpose old sheets. You can buy inexpensive sheets – if you don’t have a set that you can use – and they look just like the real thing. Check your local thrift stores for sheets. I picked up a set at Goodwill for less than $5 and they’re perfect for covering your sofa. You can perfectly cover the entire sofa, even the cushions and make these so that you can remove and wash them regularly.Tutorial/Source: zevyjoy
3. DIY Reclining Couch Slipcovers
Finding a slipcover to fit your reclining couch can be difficult and expensive. A better way is to DIY that slipcover and it’s not as difficult as you may think to make a reclining couch slipcover. You just have to make a few modifications to a regular couch slipcover to make it fit over the reclining sections and you have to cover those sections so that they stay put when the couch is reclined. Proper measurements are crucial and once you have your measurements in place, you can knock this one out in an afternoon.
